The new 0333 UK wide numbers have been introduced by Ofcom as an alternative number for personal and business users, who wish to offer their consumers a single, trusted point of contact.
Because more and more of your customers are calling from mobiles, an 08 number can cost callers more due to these numbers not being included in price plans. Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and will be included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package, therefore allowing customers to call you for the same price as they would be charged for calls to standard geographic numbers while still allowing your national presence.
0333 numbers are charged at just £2 per month and can be added to your account instantly via your control panel.
If you would prefer a standard UK geographic number starting with '01' or '02' this is also possible. Geographic numbers are charged at only £2 per month.
