Call divert is extremely useful if you are waiting for a call but can't stay close to your phone. The call divert service allows you to divert calls made to your phone to another number. This can be any number such as your mobile phone or another extension.
The only cost for this is the cost of the connecting call. So it'll cost the same amount as if you were calling the number from your VoiceHost account. If you divert the call to another VoiceHost member or a member of a peered network the call will be free
How do I use the feature?
To divert calls, go to 'Extension Config' and select the extension you require to be diverted. Enter the diversion number into the relevant diversion fields.
