Call groups play an important part in the Virtual PBX system, they allow multiple extensions to ring at once. This is useful if you wish to have a team of people answering sales calls etc.
The call groups feature allows extensions to be included on a time schedule, for example if you have a team that works shifts the extensions can be configured to only ring when they are at their desks.
Call groups are free and can be quickly added from your control panel. If you have 'External Extensions' configured on your account, these extensions can also be used in your call groups.
To manage your call groups, select the 'Call Group' icon in the advanced section of you control panel.
