Fax 2 Email allows you to receive faxes to your email inbox. This means you don't need a fax machine. Instead, when someone faxes your number you'll receive the fax as a PDF Document in an email attachment.

The service is free to use and can be setup on any number you have in your account.

We will also shortly be introducing an Email 2 Fax service which will also allow you to send faxes from your computer using VoiceHost

To use this feature, go to your control panel, select the telephone numbers section and in the destination drop down select fax. If you wish to use this on a dedicated number please click purchase to add a geographic number or a free 0844 number. Once purchased simply select fax in the destination drop down.
