Features & Functionality
everything explained
The VoiceHost system immediately gives you access to all the features and functionality of a full PBX telephone service. You will be pleased to learn that most of our features are included free of charge and our advanced features can be added at any time instantly in your VoiceHost control panel.

Fax 2 Email allows you to receive faxes to your email inbox. This means you don't need a fax machine. Instead, when someone faxes your number you'll receive the fax as a PDF Document in an email attachment.

The service is free to use and can be setup on any number you have in your account.

We are also planning to introducing an Email 2 Fax service which will also allow you to send faxes from your computer using VoiceHost

How do I use the feature?

To use this feature, go to your control panel, select the telephone numbers section and in the destination drop down select fax. If you wish to use this on a dedicated number please click purchase to add a geographic number or a free 0843 number. Once purchased simply select fax in the destination drop down.
