The service allows you to prefix the Caller ID information with text to help you identify which number has been called.

For example a caller calling from 08708610300 would appear on the caller id display as '08708610300'. If you use this service you could prefix the number with 'Sales' or 'Acc' etc. When doing so the caller id display would show 'Sales-08708610300'.

To configure this service, all you need to do is go to the 'Telephone Number' section of your VoiceHost control pannel. From there you can configure the prefix you require. You can have a different prefix for each number you have allocated to your account if required!
