Voicemail provides you with a digital answering service, which you can access via your telephone. The service can answer your calls when you are on the phone or unable to answer the call.

You can customise your own outgoing message or use the one provided by us. The service is easy to use via voice prompts.

If you are away from your desk you can access your voicemail remotely via phone or the internet. If you use the voicemail alerts, you can also recieve a copy of you message in your email inbox.

To access voicemail from your phone simply dial '1571' to access your personal mailbox or '1572' to access your central mailbox.

If you wish to access your voicemail from a remote phone you can dial 0870 861 1571 and enter your mailbox number and password, which can be found in the control panel.
