everything explained
The VoiceHost system immediately gives you access to all the features and functionality of a full PBX telephone service. You will be pleased to learn that most of our features are included free of charge and our advanced features can be added at any time instantly in your VoiceHost control panel.

Voicemail provides you with a digital answering service, which you can access via your telephone. The service can answer your calls when you are on the phone or unable to answer the call.

You can customise your own outgoing message or use the one provided by us. The service is easy to use via voice prompts.

If you are away from your desk you can access your voicemail remotely via phone or the internet. If you use the voicemail alerts, you can also receive a copy of your messages in your email inbox.

How do I use the feature?

To access voicemail from your phone simply dial '1571' to access your personal mailbox or '1572' to access your central mailbox.

To customise your voicemail greeting, dial '1571' and follow the spoken prompts.

If you wish to access your voicemail from a remote phone you can dial 0843 557 4 557 and enter your mailbox number and password, which can be found in the control panel.
