Call Monitoring

What is call Monitoring?

This function allows other phones to be able to listen in to your calls. The main page lists the Extensions in the account and how many seats are authorised to listen to each of the Seats.

In order to modify the call monitoring, within the control panel simply click on Call Monitoring, you are then able to add the Seats available to listen in to the phone calls.

To use the call monitoring service please dial '154' and follow the spoken prompts. You will be asked for the 'Extension' that you wish to monitor and the 'PIN' specified for each seat.
