Job Description

Due to expansion, VoiceHost is looking for a highly motivated person to join the team as an Administrator. We are an industry-leading Hosted Telecom and Data supplier, working at the cutting edge of technology.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful company that continues to grow and develop. The successful applicant will be a dedicated, proactive, and professional administrator to be based in our head office, in Norwich. You will have a positive attitude and take pride and ownership of the administration tasks.

 

Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative support to four internal teams as required
  • Help to run the porting desk in a timely manner
  • Sending and processing notifications for customers
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers as required

  • Polite, confident, and professional phone manner
  • Highly organised and able to work well in a fast-paced work environment
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Able to work off your own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and make the role your own
